The Warehouse Receipt Regulatory Authority (ARRE) ensures that products are stored in certified, controlled (SGS-inspected), and standardized warehouses. For cooperatives, this means secure storage of goods, better valuation, and access to financing through the warehouse receipt system (SRE).
